- When uploading a post/turtle to our platform, either by link or file upload, you will agree to the Uploading Terms of Service. You are responsible for the posts

- We can, and will, restrict or delete your account and any posts linked to it at anytime without prior
notice for inactivity, rule breaking, or any other reason. In extreme cases, we may report your account
to appropiate authorities.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Turtle Net. If you are under the age required by your country
to consent to use of online services, you may only use Turtle Net with the involvement of a parent or
guardian.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload, but by posting on Turtle Net you grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as part of
operating the platform.
- You agree not to use Turtle Net for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you do not have rights to,
or to attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the service in any way.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- Turtle Net is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content will
be preserved or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turtle Net and its operator shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or
profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Turtle Net shall not exceed the amount, if
any, you have paid us in the past twelve months.
User Content and Third Parties
- We are not responsible for content posted by other users. Views and material shared by users do not
reflect our own and we do not endorse them.
- Turtle Net may contain links to third-party sites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible
for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turtle Net and its operator from any claims, damages, losses,
or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the service or violation of
these terms.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Turtle Net after changes are posted constitutes
acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local law, without regard
to conflict of law principles.
